1. By placing an order with traflick.com, you confirm that you’ve read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Buying Website Traffic
2. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice.
3. We don’t guarantee the uniqueness of our traffic or any actions performed on a website. We deliver visitors to the URL of your choice, not a specified action on a website.
4. We don’t take responsibility for the use of the traffic delivered to the client’s website. The customer is responsible for checking if the network they work with allows paid traffic.
5. Traflick.com prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of such rate changes.
6. Service delivery is measured by the customer using Google Analytics or url shorteners like bit.ly. Only correct installations and uses will be considered for tracking results.
7. By using our services you authorise traflick.com to send traffic to the URL specified in the order.
8. By using our service you agree to not hold us responsible nor liable for any account loss on any network, ad network, Adsense or another website. By using any of our services you assume any risks your website, social and other accounts may face. You assume full responsibility for not only the loss of any accounts but for any loss of income that may result from using our services. We assume no liability for loss of income or assets.
9. Malware and illegal content, as well as redirect networks like adf.ly or afdoc.us, are not permitted on our platform. Website categories such as Drug & Alcohol, Firearms & Explosives, Gambling, Adult Related and Hateful Content* are also forbidden. To maintain network security, URLs are validated against a common database with other advertising networks.
10. We only guarantee Google Analytics friendly traffic if you have subscribed to one of our plans and Google Analytics is properly setup. If you are uncertain whether your website meets our mentioned guidelines, please contact our support team with your URL before placing your order.

Refund Policy

1. You can request a full refund if your order has not yet been started.
2. If we discover viruses, trojans, malware and illegal content, as well as redirect networks like adf.ly or afdoc.us, as well as website categories such as Drug & Alcohol, Firearms & Explosives, Gambling, Adult Related and Hateful Content* we may cancel your order without a refund.
3. We honour all refund requests for undelivered traffic. If you choose to file a dispute instead, you will owe all fees and related expenses to that chargeback and it may result in no refund at all.
   
4. You agree that once your order is complete, you will not file a chargeback or a dispute against us for any reason. If you do file a chargeback or a dispute against us after your order is fulfilled, we reserve the right to terminate any and all of your future orders.
